摘要
介绍了皮带输送机在实际使用中可能出现的问题,提出了通过安全保护装置进行提前检测发现的方法,对最大限度避免输送带、机架突然失效,延长输送带的使用寿命,减少停机时间,节约成本具有重要意义。
This article introduces some problems which may occur in the actual use of belt conveyor,and puts forward a method of pre- detection through the safety protection device. It is significant to avoid a sudden failure on the belt or the conveyor structural frame in maximum possible,extend the service life of the belt and reduce the downtime so that to save the cost.
