Correction to Easy-Cracking Problem on Hopper Platform in ORE Ship Unloader

针对抓斗卸船机振动料斗平台容易开裂损坏现象,从减振、加强钢结构到改变不合理的结构设计等方面提出了改进方法,消除了故障。

For the appearance of crack propagation and damage easy appeared in the vibrating hopper platform of the grab bucket ship unloader,this paper puts forward a correction method in aspects from vibration damping and structure reinforcing to modifying unreasonable structural design. Through the correction the fault is removed and the structure is improved.
