摘要
云南某铁矿含钼0.954%,铅2.67%,银29.07 g/t,铁26.53%,二氧化硅38.52%,在矿石工艺矿物学及试验研究的基础上,采用一段磨至-0.074 mm占83.4%,两次粗选,第二次粗选直接产出合格钼精矿;三次扫选;扫选精矿与第一次粗选精矿合并,两次精选产出另一个钼精矿的选矿工艺。闭路试验获得了精矿产率10.71%,钼品位8.09%,铅品位19.27%,钼回收率90.97%,铅回收率77.59%,含银195.6 g/t的技术指标。
The iron ore contains 0. 954% Mo,2. 67% Pb,29. 07 g / t Ag,26. 53% Fe and 38. 52%Si O2. Based on the process mineralogy of the ore and the test study,a processing flowsheet was used which consisted of one stage grinding to a fineness of 83. 4%- 0. 074 mm,two stages of roughing with the second stage of roughing yielding directly a qualified molybdenum concentrate,three stages of scavenging,the scavenging concentrates combined with the first stage roughing concentrate as feed to a two-stage cleaning process to produce another molybdenum concentrate. The locked-cycle test obtained the technical indices of concentrate yield 10. 71%,molybdenum grade 8. 09%,lead grade 19. 27%,molybdenum recovery 90. 97%,lead recovery 77. 59%,the concentrate containing 195. 6 g / t silver.
