摘要
针对盘龙铅锌矿磨机球荷配比不合理,严重影响磨矿效率现状,进行了球荷配比对磨机磨矿效果影响的试验研究。试验结果表明,直径为20 mm的球组以Φ25∶Φ20∶Φ15=20∶67∶13配比球组的磨矿指标最好。磨矿效果与介质的能量、打击次数有关,在保证足够的打击能量条件下,打击次数愈多磨矿效果愈好。同时也验证了磨矿介质配比的经验计算方法是可参考的。该研究为优化盘龙铅锌矿球磨机球荷配比制度提供了依据。
Regarding low grinding performance of the ball mill in Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine,in which the ball size distribution is inappropriate,this paper explored the influence of the steel ball size and its distribution on the milling performance. It was shown that the grinding results with 20 mm diameter ball or with the ball size ratio Φ25∶ Φ20∶ Φ15 = 20∶ 67∶ 13 are the best. The grinding performance was related to the ball power and the striking number of balls. With sufficient ball power,lager number of ball striking leads to better milling performance. The empirical calculation method for ball size ratio was verified. The study provides guidelines for optimizing ball size distribution of the mill in Panlong Lead-Zinc Mine.
