摘要
计算了Ag3Sn及AgZn3相的摩尔吉布斯生成自由能;对银锡合金的加锌试验所得的样品进行电子扫描显微镜及能谱等分析。热力学计算结果表明,AgZn3比Ag3Sn更容易生成,用锌富集银锡合金中的银是可行的。试验结果表明,锌对银锡合金中的银有富集效果,加锌后,银以银锌化合物的形式富集于样品底部。
The molar Gibbs energies of Ag3 Sn and Ag Zn3 were calculated. The result of zinc interact with AgSn alloy was investigated by using chemical analysis,scanning electron microscope and EDS. Thermodynamic calculation results show that it is possible to realise the enrichment of silver in Ag-Sn alloy with zinc for the Gibbs energy of Ag Zn3 is lower than that of Ag3 Sn. The experiment results show that the zinc is effective for the enrichment of silver in Ag-Sn alloy,the silver existing in the form of Ag Zn3 is enriched at the bottom of Ag-Sn alloy after the zinc is added.
