足月小于胎龄儿Ghrelin及IGF-1水平与生长追赶的关系探讨

The Discussion on the Relationship between Ghrelin,IGF-1 Levels and Catch-up Growth of Small Full-term Gestational Age

目的:探讨足月小于胎龄儿(SGA)Ghrelin、IGF-1水平和生长追赶(CUG)的相关性。方法:选取足月SGA(研究组)与适于胎龄儿(AGA,对照组)各50例,对比两组出生后第3天的Ghrelin、IGF-1水平,并比较有CUG的SGA(研究组1)、无CUG的SGA(研究组2)及对照组在出生1个月与1年的Ghrelin、IGF-1,分析三组出生1年后Ghrelin、IGF-1与身长、体重、头围、BMI的相关性。结果:与对照组比较,研究组出生第3天SGA的Ghrelin更高,IGF-1更低(P<0.05);出生1个月与1年后研究组2的Ghrelin、IGF-1与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ghrelin与体重、BMI呈负相关性,IGF-1与体重呈正相关性。结论:对出生1个月后体重偏低的SGA应及时行Ghrelin、IGF-1检测,并及早促进CUG水平,降低SGA生长发育异常率。

Objective：To discuss the relationship between Ghrelin,IGF-1 levels and CUG of small full-term gestational age（SGA）.Method：50 cases of SGA（the research group） and 50 cases of AGA（the control group） were selected,all were compared Ghrelin,IGF-1 of the two groups on the third day of birth, and compared Ghrelin,IGF-1 leve of SGA who had CUG（the research group 1）,SGA who had no CUG（the research group 2） and the control group after born 1 month and 1 year,and analysed the relationship of Ghrelin,IGF-1 and body length,body weight,head circumference,BMI of the three groups after born 1 year.Result：The Ghrelin level was higher and the IGF-1 level of the research group was lower than those in the control group on the third day of birth（P〈0.05）, after born 1 month and 1 year and there had obvious difference between the research group 2 and the control group on Ghrelin,IGF-1（P〈0.05）.Ghrelin and body weight,BMI had negative correlation,IGF-1 and body weight had positive correlation.Conclusion：SGA whose has low weight after born 1 months should test Ghrelin and IGF-1 and promote the level of catch-up growth in time,to reduce the rate of abnormal growth of SGA.
