重症支气管哮喘患者应用甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁的效果评价

The Effect Evaluation of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Methyl Prednisolone in the Treatment of Severe Bronchial Asthma Patients

目的:探讨重症支气管哮喘患者应用甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁的效果。方法:选取2013年4月-2014年1月笔者所在医院收治的56例重症支气管哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁治疗,对照组采用甲基强的松龙治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和肺功能指标改善情况。结果:观察组患有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者经过治疗后肺部功能明显改善,FVC、PEF以及FEV1均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲基强的松龙和硫酸镁联合用药可以综合两者的抗炎和解痉效果,迅速改善肺部环境,缓解哮喘症状,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Methyl Prednisolone in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma patients.Method：From April 2013 to January 2014,56 cases of severe bronchial asthma patients as the research object,they were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,observation group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate and Methyl Prednisolone,the control group was treated with Methyl Prednisolone,therapeutic effect and lung function index in two groups of patients were compared.Result：The efficiency in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the lung function of observation group was improved significantly,FVC,PEF and FEV1 were superior than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Magnesium Sulfate combined with Methyl Prednisolone can be integrated both anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic effect reconciliation,rapidly improve lung environment,alleviate symptoms of asthma,is worth popularizing in clinical application.
