探讨腹部B超联合阴道B超在异位妊娠中的诊断价值

Explore the Diagnostic Value of Abdominal B Ultrasound Combined with Vaginal B Ultrasound in the Diagnose of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:评价腹部B超联合阴道B超在异位妊娠中的诊断价值。方法:选取2011年3月-2013年9月笔者所在医院收治的高度怀疑异位妊娠患者93例,随机分为两组,其中观察组47例,采用腹部B超联合阴道B超进行诊断,对照组46例,仅采用腹部B超进行诊断,所有患者最后均行手术切除并进行病理检查,观察并比较两组患者B超检查结果与手术直视结合病理检查的符合率。结果:经手术直视结合病理检查观察组共40例异位妊娠患者,B超检查检出39例(97.5%),对照组共37例异位妊娠患者,B超检查检出21例(56.8%),两组检查符合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部B超联合阴道B超在异位妊娠中诊断价值高,检查符合率较高,值得在临床上予以推广。

Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of abdominal B ultrasound combined with vaginal B ultrasound in the diagnose of ectopic pregnancy. Method：93 patients which were admitted our hospital from March 2011 to September 2013 and suspected highly with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups,and the observation group had 47 cases by detected with abdominal B ultrasound combined with vaginal B ultrasound,the control group had 46 cases by detected with abdominal B ultrasound,all patients were examined with surgical resection in the final,and then to observe and compare the two groups of B ultrasonic examination results and the coincidence rate.Result：In the observation group,there were 40 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed with the intraoperative observation combined with pathological examination,and there were 39 cases（97.5%） with B ultrasound detection.In the control group,there all were 37 patients with ectopic pregnancy,and B ultrasonic examination detected out 21 cases（56.8%）,and the coincidence rate was statistically significant in two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The diagnostic value of abdominal B ultrasound combined with vaginal B ultrasound in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy is higher,and the coincidence rate is higher,and worthy promoting in clinical.
