胰岛移植:寻找新的β细胞来源
摘要
胰岛移植被认为是1型糖尿病最有前景的治疗方法之一。若以生活质量改善及血糖控制为目标,胰岛移植的效果令人满意;但若以脱离外源胰岛素或预防并发症为目标,则前者差强人意,后者效果不明。为此,美国糖尿病协会仍将胰岛移植定为实验阶段,距离临床应用尚有距离。
