深圳市劳务工社会支持状况调查

Investigations of social support status among labor workers in Shenzhen

目的：了解深圳市劳务工的社会支持状况及其影响因素。方法采用自制一般资料调查表和社会支持量表对1038名深圳市劳务工进行调查分析。结果深圳市劳务工社会支持量表总分显著低于我国6省市5类职业人群和辽宁省城市职业人群（P＜0．01）；不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历及职务社会支持量表评分比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05或0．01）；Logistic回归分析显示，性别、年龄、婚姻状况及职务进入回归模型，其中性别和年龄对劳务工的社会支持状况影响显著（P＜0．01）。结论深圳市劳务工社会支持状况较差，性别和年龄是影响劳务工社会支持状况的主要因素。

Objective To investigate social support status and influencing factors of labor workers in Shenzhen .Methods Assessments were performed with the Self-made General Information Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） among 1038 labor workers in Shenzhen .Results The total score of the SSRS of the labor workers was significantly lower compared with 5 kinds of occupational populations from 6 provinces/cities of our country and urban occupational populations in Liaoning province （P〈0 .01）;there were significant differ-ences in the SSRS score among the labor workers with different gender ,age ,marital status ,educational background and duty （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01）;Logistic regression analysis showed that gender ,age ,marital status and duty got into regression model ,among them gender and age had significant influences on their social support （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion The social support status of labor workers in Shenzhen is worse , gender and age are main factors influencing their social support status .
