帕利哌酮对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的影响

Effects of paliperidone on social function and quality of life of patients with schizophrenia

目的：探讨帕利哌酮对精神分裂症患者社会功能和生活质量的影响。方法对42例精神分裂症患者予以帕利哌酮治疗，观察12周。于治疗前后采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表和精神分裂症病人生活质量量表评定临床疗效。结果治疗12周末，本组患者住院精神病人社会功能评定量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著升高（ P＜0．05或0．01），精神分裂症病人生活质量量表各分量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01）。结论帕利哌酮能有效改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能，提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of paliperidone on social function and life quality of patients with schizophrenia .Methods Forty-two schizophrenia pa-tients were treated with paliperidone for 12 weeks .Efficacies were assessed with the Scale of Social func-tion in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI） and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale （SQLS） before and after treat-ment .Results At the end of 12 week treatment ,the total and each factor score of the SSPI heightened more significantly （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） and each sub-scale score of the SQLS lowered （P〈0 .01） compared with pretreatment .Conclusion Paliperidone could effectively improve the social function and quality of life of schizophrenia patients .
