精神科高学历男护士心理状况调查

Surveys of psychological status in psychiatric male nurses with higher educational background

目的：探讨精神科高学历男护士对工作的心理状态。方法对40名精神科高学历男护士采用自制问卷进行调查。结果本组男护士对工作持积极心态者占45．0％，持被动心态者占25．0％，持离岗心态者占30．0％。结论精神科高学历男护士对工作的心理状态不同，部分人持消极态度或离岗心态，医院相关部门应合理利用人力资源保证精神科高学历男护士队伍的稳定。

Objective To explore the psychological status in psychiatric male nur-ses with higher educational background .Methods Investigations were conducted with self-made questionnaire in 40 psychiatric male nurses with higher educational background .Results Male nurses with positive mentality made up 45 .0% ,passive 25 .0% and demitting 30 .0% .Conclusion Psychiatric male nurses with higher educational background have different mentalities to work and some do passive or demitting ,so hospital related departments should reasonably utilize human resources to ensure the stabilization of psychiatric male nurses with higher educational background .
