摘要
目的：探讨压疮质控小组在预防压疮护理管理中的作用。方法成立压疮质控小组，对77例压疮高危患者予以预防压疮护理管理，统计压疮的发生状况及痊愈时间，并与2011年的相关数据进行比较。结果2012年高危压疮患者压疮发生率为27．3％，显著低于2011年（ P＜0．01）；与2011年比较压疮治愈时间缩短4 d ，好转时间缩短3 d。结论压疮质控小组的建立能有效降低医院高危压疮发生的概率，有利于提高预防压疮的护理质量。
Objective To explore the role of pressure-sore quality control team in nursing supervision of preventing decubitus .Methods Pressure-sore quality con-trol team was established ,preventive pressure-sore nursing managements were given to 77 high-risk pressure-sore patients , pressure-sore development condi-tions and recovery time added up and compared with related data in 2011 .Results The pressure-sore inci-dence of high-risk pressure-sore patients was 27 .3% in 2012 and was significantly lower than that in 2011 （P〈0 .01）;pressure-sore healing time shortened 4 days and alleviating did 3 .Conclusion The establish of pressure-sore quality control team could effectively lower the probability of hospital high-risk decubitus development and is conduce to the improvement of nursing quality of preventing decubitus .
