舒适护理在无抽搐电休克治疗中的应用效果评价

The application effect of comfort care in modified electroconvulsive therapy

目的探讨舒适护理在无抽搐电休克治疗中的应用效果。方法将76例行无抽搐电休克治疗的患者分为两组，每组38例。研究组予以舒适护理．对照组予以常规护理，比较两组患者在无抽搐电休克治疗中的血压、心率、情绪变化及满意度状况。结果研究组心律加快、血压升高检出率显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），紧张情绪缓解率及满意度显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在无抽搐电休克治疗中应用舒适护理能显著改善患者生理、心理状态，提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort care in modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT）. Methods Seventy-six patients undergoing MECT were randomly assigned to two groups of 38 ones each. To research group comfort care was given and to control group u sual care, BP, HR, emotional changes and satisfaction during MECT were compared between two groups. Results The detection rate of elevated HR and BP were significantly lower （P〈0.05） and the remission rate of emotional tension and satisfaction higher （P〈0.05） in research than control group. Conclusion Comfort care in MECT could notable improve patients＇ physiological and mental status and raise nursing sat isfaction.
