深圳市基层精神卫生防治机构人员配置现状调查

Surveys of personnel allocation status in primary mental health prophylactico-therapeutic institute of Shenzhen city

目的：了解深圳市基层精神卫生防治机构人员配置状况。方法对2012年深圳市社区健康服务中心的精神卫生工作人员配置状况进行统计分析。结果深圳市每万人及每km^2拥有精神卫生防治工作人员不足1名；特区内组每万人及每km^2拥有精神卫生防治工作人员数均显著高于特区外组（χ^2＝10．82，P＜0．05）。特区内组精神卫生防治工作人员所学专业、正式/临聘状况与特区外组比较差异有极显著性（P＜0．01）。结论深圳市精神卫生防治人员数量不足，特区内与特区外存在配置不均衡现象。

Objective To survey personnel allocation status in primary mental health prophylactico-therapeutic institute of Shenzhen city . Methods Mental health personnel allocation status in community health service center of Shenzhen city in 2012 was statistically analyzed .Results Mental health prophylactico-therapeutic worker/ten thousand people and /km^2 in Shenzhen were both 〈 1 ;mental health prophylactico-therapeutic workers/ten thousand people and /km^2 were both more in inside than outside group of special zone （χ^2 =10 .82 ,P〈0 .05） .There were very signif-icant differences in speciality and regular/temporary employment between inside and outside group of special zone （P〈 0 .01） .Conclusion Quantities of mental health prophylactico-therapeutic workers aren’t sufficient in Shenzhen city and there are unbalanced phenomena in personnel allocation between inside and outside of special zone .
