认知干预对精神分裂症患者照顾者健康状况及生活质量的影响

Influence of cognitive intervention on health status and quality of life of schizophrenic’s caregivers

目的：探讨认知干预对精神分裂症患者照顾者健康状况和生活质量的影响。方法将120名精神分裂症患者的照顾者随机分为两组，每组60名，干预组予以认知干预，对照组未予以任何干预。观察6周。于认知干预前后采用简明健康状况调查表、精神分裂症患者照顾者生活质量调查表评定两组的健康状况和生活质量。结果认知干预6周末，两组简明健康状况调查表、精神分裂症患者照顾者生活质量调查表评分均较干预前显著升高，且干预组简明健康状况调查表的5个维度分、精神分裂症患者照顾者生活质量调查表总分及2个维度分均显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论认知干预能显著改善精神分裂症患者照顾者的健康状况和生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of cognitive intervention on health status and quality of life of schizophrenic’s caregivers .Methods A total of 120 caregivers of schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 60 ones each ,to intervention group cognitive intervention was given and to control group any intervention wasn’t ,and observed for 6 weeks .Health status and quality of life were assessed with the MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey （SF-36） and Schizophrenia Caregiver Quality of Life Questinnaire （S-CCQoL） before and after cognitive intervention .Results At the end of the 6^th week the SF-36 and （S-CCQoL） score of both groups heightened more significantly compared with pre-intervention , 5 dimension score of the SF-36 and total and 2 dimension of the （S-CCQoL） were all significantly higher in intervention than control group （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .Conclusion Cognitive intervention can effectively improve the health status and quality of life of schizophrenic’s caregivers .
