分化型甲状腺癌淋巴结微转移的临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 近年来有关恶性肿瘤淋巴结微转移的研究越来越多,淋巴结转移的分子诊断技术也得到了不断的发展.颈淋巴结微转移在分化型甲状腺癌中较为常见.初次手术提倡中央区颈淋巴结清扫,因若局部复发将致再次手术,手术并发症的发生率将明显增加.但是否应对分化型甲状腺癌中央区淋巴结微转移患者采取侧颈部淋巴结清扫术、侧颈部淋巴结清扫术是否能改善患者预后仍存在争议.本文对分化型甲状腺癌淋巴结微转移的临床意义进行综述.
