Research on Collaborative Innovation Model Based on Social Network Embeddedness Perspective- An Empirical Study on Knowledge Sharing among Virtual Team in Small and Micro Enterprises

本文从引入社会网络镶嵌观点,从认知维度入手,探讨其对小微企业虚拟团队知识共享、协同创新的规律,并从小微企业虚拟团队的特性出发,分析社会网络镶嵌观点认知维度下的影响因素,并以此为依据,构建协同创新的假设模型,并展开实证分析。

From the introduction of social network embeddedness perspective and a cognitive perspective, this paper discusses the law of collaborative innovation in knowledge sharing among virtual team in small and micro enterprises. From its characteristics, the paper analyzes the influencing factors under the social network embedded-ness perspective cognitive dimension, and on this basis constructs a model and an empirical study.
