本文简述了江西省林业科学院科研业务单位的绩效评估机制,分析了江西省林业科学院在绩效评估中存在的问题,并提出了完善绩效评估机制的相关建议。
This paper briefly describes the mechanism of the performance evaluation in the scientific research and business units of Jiangxi Academy of Forestry, analyzes the existing problems, and then puts forward corre-sponding suggestions.
