The Enhancement and Innovation of the Social Management of the Communist Party of China in the New Historical Period

加强和创新社会管理是党在新的历史时期根据经济社会发展的阶段性特征提出的重大时代课题。新时期党以科学发展观为指导,创造性地回答了我国为什么要进行、怎样进行以及谁来进行社会管理等一系列理论问题,逐步深化了对社会主义社会管理理念、管理原则、目标任务、方法途径、体制机制等的认识,初步形成了具有中国特色的社会主义社会管理体系,对实现全面建设小康社会宏伟目标、实现党和国家长治久安具有重大的战略意义。

According to the periodical characteristics of the economic and social development in the new historical period,the Communist Party of China present the significant task of enhancing and innovating the social management. Guided by the scientific concept of development,the party answered a series of theoretical issues creatively,for example,why is social management essential,how to operate it and who operates it,which deepened the understanding of the concept,principles,goals,means,system and mechanism of socialist social management gradually,formed a socialist social management system with Chinese characteristics initially,and has a great strategic significance to the achievement of the goal of the comprehensive construction of well- off society and long- term stability of the party and the state.
