加味天麻胶囊定性定量方法研究

Study on Quality Standard of Jiaweitianma Capsules

目的：建立加味天麻胶囊的定性定量标准.方法：用薄层色谱（TLC）法对羌活、当归和独活进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定加味天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量,采用Dikma Diamonsil C18柱（250mmx4.6mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-0.05％磷酸溶液（3：97）;流速：1.0mL·min-1;柱温：40℃;检测波长：220nm;进样量：10μL.结果：TLC法能明显检出羌活、当归和独活的特征斑点,无阴性药材干扰.天麻素进样量在5.03～100.6μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为98.78％,RSD=0.74％,n=6.结论：该定性、定量方法简便、准确、重现性好,能有效控制加味天麻胶囊的质量.

Objective. To establish the quality control standards for Jiaweitianma Capsules. Methods ： TLC of Notopterygium, An-gelica sinensis,Angelica qualitative identifiction. Determination of gastrodin in Jiaweitianma Capsules. Epimed iun by HPLC. Column is Column C18 （250ram X 4.6mm,5/zm） and amix ture of Acetonitrile of 0.05% phosphoric acid solution （3：97） as them obilephase. Flow： 1.0mL· mini ;Column ： 40℃ ;The detection w ave length was a t 220 nm. Results：Accurately Astragalus Qualita-tive in were identified. A linear relationship of Icariin was good within 5.03 -100.6〉g （r=0. 999 7）. The averag e recove ry w as98.780% with RSD 0.74 % （n-6）. Conclusion：The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality contro1 of Jiaweitianma Capsules.
