摘要
超声造影剂在临床诊断和鉴别中发挥着极为重要的作用。概述了超声造影剂的特点和发展过程,用W/O/W双乳液溶剂挥发法制备PLGE载药超声微泡造影剂,体外超声显影效果良好。载药聚酯超声微泡造影剂在药物治疗和超声显影领域有良好的应用前景。
Ultrasound contrast agent plays an extremely important role in clinical diagnosis and differential. Summarizes the charac-teristics of ultrasound contrast agents and development process. The PLGE drug-loading ultrasound micro-bubble ultrasound contrastagent is prepared with the W/O/W double emulsion solvent evaporation method. Ultrasonic enhancement effect is good in vitro.Drug-loaded polyester micro-bubble ultrasound contrast agent has broad application prospects in the field of drug therapy and ultra-sound imaging.
