TACE联合高频热疗、中药肝癌汤治疗原发性肝癌疗效观察

TACE combined with high frequency thermotherapy,liver Decoction in treating primary liver cancer curative effect observation

目的:探讨TACE联合高频热疗、中药肝癌汤内服治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法:选择原发性肝癌病人30例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各15例。治疗组在TACE治疗时联合局部高频热疗和内服中药肝癌汤;对照组采用TACE治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、疾病相关症状改善及不良反应。结果:治疗组临床疗效及疾病相关症状改善明显优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论:经TACE联合局部高频热疗和中药肝癌汤内服是治疗原发性肝癌的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore TACE, combined high frequency thermotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine liver Decoctiontreatment of primary liver cancer. Methods： 15 cases in the treatment group TACE therapy combined with local high frequencythermotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment of liver cancer; the control group of 15 cases by TACE,Comparison of the curative effect of two groups, disease related symptoms and adverse reaction. Results： the treatment group clini-cal efficacy and disease related symptoms improved significantly better than the control group, with significant difference of adversereactions. Conclusion ： by TACE combined with local high frequency thermotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine liver Decoctionin treatment of primary liver cancer is an effective treatment method, is worth in the clinical promotion.
