疝环充填式和平片式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效及预后对比研究

Comparative Study of the Effect and Prognosis Between Hernial Ring Filling-style Herniorrhaphy and Flat Plate Hernia Repair in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

目的对比疝环充填式和平片式疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的治疗效果与预后。方法选取该院收治的100例腹股沟疝痔患者作为临床观察对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者使用疝环充填式疝修补术进行治疗,观察组使用平片式疝修补术进行治疗,对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、疼痛时间、治疗效果以及不良反应等资料。结果①观察组与对照组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、疼痛时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.0%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%,两者相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者的并发症要明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种术式的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、疼痛时间、治疗效果无差别与并发症发生率无明显差别,但是平片式疝修补术的复发率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the effect and prognosis between hernial ring filling-style herniorrhaphy and flat plate hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods 100 cases of patients with inguinal hernia hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital from December, 2010 to January, 2013 were selected as the clinical observation subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by hernial ring filling-style herniorrhaphy, and the observation group was treated with flat plate hernia repair. The operative time, length of stay, intraoperative blood loss, duration of pain, treatment effect, the adverse reactions and other data of both groups were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in operative time,length of stay, intraoperative blood loss and duration of pain between the observation group and the control group（P〉0.05）; ② the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%, and that of the control group was 90.0%, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; and the difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the complications occurred in the control group were much more than those in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There were no significant differences in operation time, length of stay, intraoperative blood loss, duration of pain, treatment effect and the incidence of complications between the two surgical methods, but the recurrence rate of flat plate hernia repair is lower, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
