阴道超声检测对于子宫内膜病变的临床诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound Detection in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions

目的研究分析阴道超声检测对子宫内膜病变的临床诊断价值。方法选取该院在收治的70例子宫内膜病变患者的临床资料进行研究分析,分析阴道超声检测对子宫内膜病变的临床诊断价值。结果该研究选取的70例子宫内膜病变患者经阴道超声检测诊断结果同病理诊断结果符合率分别为,子宫内膜增生诊断符合率为95.24%,子宫内膜息肉诊断符合率为88.24%,子宫内膜炎诊断符合率为93.33%,子宫肌瘤诊断符合率为80.00%,子宫内膜癌诊断符合率为71.43%。对比阴道超声检测及病理检查诊断结果,存在一定差异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道超声检测可显著提高子宫内膜病变的诊断率,值得推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound detection in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods The clinical data of 70 cases of patients with endometrial lesions admitted in our hospital from November, 2012to October, 2013 were studied and analyzed. And the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound detection in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions was analyzed. Results The transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis coincidence rate of 70cases of patients with endometrial lesions in this study are as follows： endometrial hyperplasia diagnostic coincidence rate was95.24%, endometrial polyps diagnostic coincidence rate was 88.24%, endometritis diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.33%, uterine fibroids diagnostic coincidence rate was 80.00%, the endometrial cancer diagnosis coincidence rate was 71.43%. There were some statistically significant differences between the results of transvaginal ultrasound detection and pathological examination（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound detection can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of endometrial lesions, which is worthy of popularization and application.
