外科手术治疗乳腺增生伴癌变的临床探讨

Clinical Observation on the Surgical Operation Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia with Canceration

目的探讨外科手术治疗乳腺增生伴癌变的效果。方法首先将该院2012年1月—2013年1月期间收治的65例乳腺增生伴癌变的可能患者,分别进行病理诊断和分型,观察其临床特点;其次,对适于手术治疗的患者根据病情分别选择不同的术式治疗,并进行术中冰冻病理切片鉴定;最后通过术后随访,了解治疗效果。结果乳腺增生伴癌患者具有纤维化、纤维腺病和囊肿等特点;术后随访1-3年,有5例患者出现新的乳腺增生块,复发率为7.69%。结论乳腺增生伴癌患者具有特定的临床病症,唯有进行正确的病理诊断、选择合适的术式,才能提高乳腺增生病的治愈率,并预防疾病复发和乳腺癌的发生。

Objective To observe and investigate the effect of surgical operation treatment on mammary gland hyperplasia with canceration. Methods Firstly, 65 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia and canceration admitted in our hospital from January,2012 to January, 2013 were classified according to pathological diagnosis and the clinical characteristics were observed; Secondly,the subjects were operated with different surgery according their pathological diagnosis and identified by freezing histopathological confirmation during surgery. Lastly, the therapeutic effect was known by postoperative follow-up. Results The mammary gland hyperplasia patients with canceration can develop the fibrosis, fiber adenosis or cyst. 5 patients were found to have mammary gland hyperplasia again after those patients were followed up for 1-3 years, the recurrence rate was 7.69%. Conclusion The patients with mammary gland hyperplasia and canceration have special clinical symptoms. Only the patients were diagnosed correctly and done with suitable operation, we can improve the cure rate and prevent the disease recurrence and breast cancer development.
