七氟醚或芬太尼复合丙泊酚全身麻醉在超声引导下经皮微波肝肿瘤消融术中的应用分析

摘要 目的比较七氟醚复合丙泊酚与芬太尼复合丙泊酚全身麻醉在超声引导下经皮微波肝肿瘤消融术中实际效果。方法选择择期行超声引导下经皮微波肝肿瘤消融术患者60例,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,按麻醉方法不同随机分为七氟醚-丙泊酚(SP组)与异丙酚-芬太尼组(PF组)。观察两组诱导时间与苏醒时间,围术期心率(HR)、血压(NIBP)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、呼吸频率(RR)、潮气量(MV)的变化,诱导时是否合作(注射痛),术中体动、呼吸暂停以及苏醒期恶心、呕吐,舌后坠发生率。结果两组诱导时间及苏醒期恶心呕吐发生率的差异无统计学意义。SP组苏醒迅速;PF组术中HR、NIBP、SPO2、RR、Vt波动均大于SP组(P〈0.05);PF组注射痛、呼吸暂停、舌后坠的发生率高(P〈0.05)。结论两种麻醉方法均能满足超声引导下经皮微波肝肿瘤消融术的要求,七氟醚复合丙泊酚全身麻醉对呼吸干扰较小,血流动力学稳定,苏醒迅速,不良反应少,临床应用更安全有效。
