摘要
中国正面临着严峻的弃风问题,鉴于电力外送能够扩大风电的消纳范围,而储能系统能通过削峰填谷增加夜间负荷水平,引入储能系统构建跨区域的风电消纳模型。模型以能耗最小为目标,综合考虑区域间供需平衡、输电容量、系统备用、储能系统充放电均衡等约束,通过优化对比分析储能系统引入对风电消纳的促进作用。优化结果表明:通过扩大消纳空间,降低了风电的弃风水平,储能系统的接入有助于改善系统负荷的昼夜分布状况,进一步扩大风电在夜间的消纳比例。
China is facing the severe problem of wind power curtailment.In consideration of the function that expands the accommodation space of the wind power with power transmission,and energy storage system can increase load level at night by peak load shaving,so an inter-regional wind power accommodation model combined with energy storage system is constructed.This model aims at minimum energy consumption,takes overall consideration of regional supply and demand balance,transmission capacity,system reserve,charge and discharge equilibrium of the energy storage system,the promotion effect of the energy storage system on the wind power accommodation is analyzed.The optimization results show that the inter-regional wind power accommodation reduces the curtailment of the wind power by expanding the accommodation space.Besides,the access of the energy storage system can help improve the load distribution of day and night,and improve the proportion of the wind power accommodation at night.
