配电线路年理论线损率及其降损分析

Analysis on Annual Theoretical Line Loss Rate and Loss Reduction of Distribution Line

基于负荷预测分析计算了配电线路年理论线损率及其最佳线损率,提出了配电线路的几种降损措施,并结合定量分析加以说明。以某配电线路为例,计算了其下一年度的理论线损率和最佳线损率,并分析了各降损措施的效果。结果表明:供电公司根据配电线路的实际和规划情况适当地采取组合降损策略,可较大幅度提高配电线路运行经济性。本文研究能够为供电公司识别配电线路全年运行的理论线损率、并采取有效的降损措施提供一定的参考。

The paper analyzes and calculates the annual theoretical line loss rate and optimal line loss rate of distribution line based on load forecast,proposes several loss reduction measures for the distribution line,and provides a quantitative explanation.Further,taking a certain distribution line as an instance,the paper calculates its theoretical line loss rate and optimal line loss rate next year,and analyzes the effect with each loss reduction measure.The results demonstrate that appropriate combined loss reduction measures taken in accordance with the real condition and plan of the distribution line by Power Supply Company can generally enhance the operation economy of the distribution line in a large range.The work in this paper can provide a certain reference value for the Power Supply Company in identifying annual the theoretical line loss rate of the distribution line and adopting effective loss reduction measures.
