摘要
变电站选址作为电网规划的关键核心,对于实现电力低碳化发展具有重要意义。一方面在低碳背景下对变电站选址常规指标的低碳衡量因素进行扩展,另一方面从变电站的建设与运行2个阶段进行深入挖掘,提出低碳效用指标,构建包含电网架构、基础设施、自然环境、社会因素、经济效益以及低碳效用6个方面的低碳背景下变电站选址评价指标体系。并运用AHP-熵权法组合赋权的模糊综合评价模型对某110 kV变电站选址进行方案比选。有效解决了变电站选址过程的模糊性以及评价指标权重计算的单一性。结果表明了低碳背景下变电站选址评价体系的合理性与实用性。
As the critical core of network planning,substation siting has a great significance in electric power low-carbon development.On the one hand,this paper expands the low-carbon factors of evaluating the conventional indicators of the substation siting under the background of low-carbon,but on the other hand,the paper builds substation siting evaluation system including grid architecture,infrastructure facilities,natural environment,social factors,economic efficiency as well as low-carbon effectiveness from the construction and operation stages of the substation.Further,the paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP-Entropy combination weighting method to choose the optimum scheme for one 110 kV substation siting,which solves the fuzziness in siting process and the singleness of evaluation weights effectively.The result shows the rationality and practicality of the substation siting evaluation system with low-carbon development.
