企业节能量计算方法分析及应用

Analysis and Application of Calculation Method for Energy-saving Effectiveness of Enterprises

针对企业节能量计算中存在的方法众多、选取标准不同问题,对当前常用的单耗法和技术措施法进行分析,总结其适用性及局限性,并将其应用于火电厂等高能耗企业的节能量计算中,对高耗能企业的主要能耗系统及节能技术进行分析,以发电厂泵机调频技术为例,对其节能效果进行了论证。结果表明,以产值单耗为主,产品单耗等为辅的计算方法能够更加准确地反映企业当前节能效果,对具有节能潜力的设备及工艺实施技术改造和创新管理。有助于提高企业能源综合利用率。

According to the problems in energy saving effectiveness calculation for enterprises such as using different methods and standards,this paper analvzes the applicability and the limitation of the methods currently used including single energy consumption calculation and technical measure,which is used in the energy saving effectiveness calculation for high—energy consumption enterprises like heat-engine plant and so on.What＇s more,taking the frequency modulation technology for the pump in power plant as an example,the paper discusses the energy saving effects based on analyzing the main energy-consumption system and energysaving technologies for the high-energy consumption enterprises.The rcsulls show that it will be more accurate to reflect the current energy-saving effects with the methods of giving priority to production value unit consumption and laking product consumption for auxiliary.At the same lime,the rale of energy comprehensive utilization can be improved through the technical transformation and innovation management of the equipment and process with energy saving potential.
