摘要 对自主设计的离心血泵建模,并将其与心血管集中参数模型耦合,在Matlab环境下对耦合系统进行仿真。搭建实验平台,在三级心衰的情况下,将血泵接入模拟循环装置中,测量不同转速下的主动脉压力和流量。通过实验数据和仿真数据的对比,验证了耦合模型的准确性和血泵良好的辅助效果,同时也说明了随着血泵转速的增加,主动脉压力和流量的搏动性会减弱,这种情况会对血管的结构和功能产生影响。 This paper built the mathematical model of a centrifugal blood pump, which was designed by ourselves, combined it with that of the human cardiovascular system and simulated the coupling system using Matlab. Then we set up the experiment platform, linked the blood pump to mock human cardiovascular system in case of three-stage heart failure, and measured aortic pressure and flow under different speed. The comparison between experiment results and simulation results not only indicates the coupling model is correct and the blood pump works well, but also shows that with the increase of blood pump speed, the pulsation of aortic pressure and flow will be reduced, this situation will affect the structure and function of blood vessels.
