摘要
采用单因子试验设计,选取产奶量、胎次、泌乳天数相近、体细胞数值相近的高产奶牛30头。随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂添加肽乐新30 g·d-1·头-1的基础日粮。结果表明,在相同的饲养条件下,基础日粮中添加肽乐新30 g·d-1·头-1可提高奶牛平均产奶量1.5 kg·d-1·头-1,体细胞降幅达60%,具有巨大的经济效益。
The experiment used single factor trial design,choose 30 pigs with mikl yield,parity,number of days of lactation was similar to the value of similar cells yielding dairy cows. The experiment was arranged as complete randomized design with a repetition of 15 and the dietary treatments included: control and test groups fed with 30 g MAP per day. The results show that under the same rearing conditions the MAP increased the yield of milk 1.5 kg per day and decreased the somatic cell in the milk to 60%,it had a significant economic benefit.
