随着养殖业与畜牧业的快速发展,各种激素、饲料添加剂被广泛使用,而饲料及畜产品中激素残留会对环境和人体健康产生影响。因此,对饲料及畜产品中激素残留检测方法的研究尤为重要。文章综述了饲料及畜产品中激素残留检测技术。

With the fast development of livestock and animal husbandry,a variety of hormones and feed additives were widely used,and harmful to public health and environment. Therefore,it was particularly important that the detection methods of hormone residues were established in feeds and animal products. This paper reviewed the detection methods of hormone in feeds and animal products.
