摘要
采用紫外-可见分光光度法,通过L9(34)正交试验对鱼胆草中总苷类的提取工艺进行优化,选择波长为235 nm,线性范围为10-23μg/m L,相关系数为0.995 9.通过实验研究确定最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间120 min,料液比1 20 g/m L,提取温度60℃,乙醇体积分数80%,平均含量2.199%.在优化后的提取条件下,苷类的提取率高,为研究和开发鱼胆草的有效成分提供了参考.
The extraction process of fish guts grass glycosides was optimized through L9( 34) orthogonal test by UV-visible spectrophotometry. The wavelength is 235 nm,linearity range is 10 - 23 μg · m L^- 1,the relative coefficient is 0. 995 9. The optimum extraction conditions were determined: the extraction time is 120 min,the extraction temperature is 60 m L,ethanol concentration is 80%,the average content is 2. 199%. The extraction rate of glycosides after optimization is high which provide references for further research and exploit on effective components of swertia davidi franch.
