摘要
针对原有自动离合器控制电机使用寿命短、效率低、维护成本高等问题,开展了无刷直流电机作为自动离合器控制电机的设计和开发.利用Altium Designer 6.9进行了无刷直流电机控制器硬件的设计,主要包括电源模块设计,驱动模块设计,位置传感器模块设计,CAN通讯模块设计;利用C语言在TASKING嵌入式环境中初步完成了自动离合器控制电机控制器软件的编写和调试;进行了自动离合器控制电机的台架实验和实车实验,实验结果表明,设计的无刷直流电机作为自动离合器控制电机的可行性和可靠性.
Aiming at short service life,low efficiency and high maintenance costs of the original automatic clutch control motors,the brushless dc motor as automatic clutch control was designed and developed. The brushless dc motor controller hardware was designed by using the Altium Designer 6. 9. The hardware was mainly included the power module design,drive module design,position sensor module design,CAN communication module design. This paper was preliminary finished writing and debugging of automatic clutch control motor controller software by using C language in the TASKING embedded environment and carried out the experiments of automatic clutch control motor and real vehicle. The experimental results show that the design of brushless dc motor as automatic clutch control is feasible and reliable.
