聚羧酸型高效减水剂的制备

摘要 采用多元共聚,通过实验优化,确定最佳原料配比及最优反应条件,合成一种新型聚羧酸高效减水剂.试验结果表明,该聚羧酸类高效减水剂对水泥具有高度的分散作用,掺加量为0.5%时,水泥净浆流动度可达214 mm,具有掺量低,减水率高,塌落度保持性好等优点. A novel polycarboxylic acid has been synthesized via multi-polymerization as a highly effective water reducer to improve the dispersity of cement. The results indicate that when the addition of the water reducer is0. 5%,the fluidity of cement paste reaches 214 mm. It has the advantage of high water reduction,low-slump as low accretion.
