无抽搐电休克治疗癔症临床分析

目的探讨无抽搐电休克治疗癔症临床效果。方法随机抽取该院在2012年2月—2013年2月期间收治的88例癔症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同将该组患者分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组44例,对照组采用药物治疗,观察组采用无抽搐电休克治疗,针对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析,并对患者无抽搐电休克治疗癔症临床价值进行综合评价。结果对照组治疗有效率为65.9%,观察组治疗有效率达97.7%,其治疗效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者12例出现不同程度的口干、上腹不适、食欲缺乏、乏力及嗜睡,注射时出现局部红肿、疼痛、硬结;观察组患者无1例患者出现不良反应,其不良反应控制效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用无抽搐电休克治疗癔症,临床效果良好,且无并发症,起效快,有效、安全、可靠,值得临床推广与应用。

objective： to study the clinical effect without seizure electroconvulsive therapy hysteria. Results： the control group, the treatment effective rate was 65.9%, 97.7% efficient observation treatment group, the treatment effect is significantly higher than the control group, significant difference, statistically significant, P〈 0.05; Control group patients, 12 cases with different degree of dry mouth, epigastric discomfort, lack of appetite, fatigue, sleepi-ness, there was a local redness and swelling, pain, induration injection;Observation group of patients without adverse reactions ob-served in 1 patients, the adverse reaction control effect was better than control group, significant difference, statistically significant, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： adopting tic electroconvulsive therapy hysteria, clinical effect is good, and no complications, work fast, ef-fective, safe, reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
