组织蛋白质组学在动脉粥样硬化疾病中的研究进展

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是一种高致残率和致死率的疾病之一。其分子机制的初步探明已经为疾病的预防、诊断和康复检测提供一些重要的信息,但更深层次的机制未明。该研究概述了近年来蛋白质组学技术的发展,动物模型中动脉粥样硬化组织蛋白质组学以及人类的动脉粥样硬化组织蛋白质组学的研究进展,并就动脉粥样硬化组织蛋白组学存在的问题以及发展方向作了探讨。 Atherosclerosis is one of the diseases that cause high morbidity and mortality. The preliminary study of its molecular mechanism has provided some important information for prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation detection of diseases. However,the deeper mechanism is unknown. This paper outlines the development of proteomics technology, advances of atherosclerotic tissue proteomics research in animal models and human in recent years and detects the current questions of atherosclerotic tissue proteomics research as well as the direction of development.
