摘要
脑梗死发生后,脑部血液主要由供血动脉及侧支循环供应,而供血动脉的狭窄程度和继发的侧支循环状况是影响脑组织血流动力学的关键因素。通过分析侧支循环的解剖依据,主要是颅内动脉间的侧支吻合、颅内、外动脉之间的吻合与新生的血管的解剖依据,对侧支循环参与动脉供血代偿的机制进行综述。
After cerebral infarction,brain blood from blood supply arteries and collateral circulation supplies,blood supply artery stenosis degree and subsequent collateral circulation is the key factors influencing the brain blood flow dynamics.By analyzing the anatomical basis of collateral circulation,mainly the collateral anastomosis between the intracranial arteries,the collateral anastomosis between intracranial and extracranial arteries and the newborn blood vessels,to review the collateral circulation in arterial blood supply of compensatory mechanism.
