摘要
针对煤矿隔爆型水泵的技术标准和应用环境,以工业计算机和多功能数据采集卡为核心设计煤矿隔爆型水泵综合性能试验系统,采用变频试验电源控制三相异步电动机作为调速系统带动水泵运转,模拟水泵实际工况。试验系统数据采集部分由高精度传感器分别对流量、压力、液位、转速、扭矩、电流及电压等信号进行实时测量,经过数据采集卡传递给工业计算机。
Design of Mine Explosion-proof Pump Comprehensive Performance Test System Shao Ming-jie CCTEG Shenyang Research Institute Aiming at technical standards and application environment of mine explosion-proof pumps, coal mine explosion-proof pump comprehensive performance test systems were designed in core of industrial computer and multi-function data acquisition card. Variable frequency test power control three-phase asynchronous motor was used as speed control system to drive pump operation, simulating actual working conditions of the pump. Data acquisition in test system is achieved by the high-precision sensors for real-time measuring flow, pressure, level, speed, torque, current and voltage signals, through data acquisition card the data is passed to the industrial computer.
