开放创新下企业技术创新能力划分及影响机理分析

The Influence Mechanism Analysis of Technological Innovation Capability under the Open Innovation

开放式创新打破了企业边界,为企业技术创新提供了新思路。企业技术创新能力在开放式创新环境下体现出新的特征。笔者在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,对此进行了深入分析,按照开放式创新的作用方式重新划分了企业技术创新能力的各项子能力,提出了开放式创新环境下企业技术创新能力循环提升的"水池—水泵"机理,并结合案例具体分析了开放式创新对各项子能力的影响方式与结果。

Open innovation broken the enterprise boundary,provides a new way for enterprise’s technology innovation. Many new characters of enterprise’s technological innovation capability have appeared under the opening environment. On the basis of summing up research results at home and abroad,this paper studies those new characters and redefined the sub-capacities of technological innovation capability according to the way that open innovation functions. This paper propose the ＂Pool-Pump＂model that can show the influence mechanism of technological innovation capability under the open innovation and explained the influence mechanism for each of the sub-capacities combining with the case analysis.
