摘要
作为马斯洛人本主义心理学的核心，需求层次学说拥有极大的影响力，但其建构的教条化妨碍其对人的行为作更深入的分析。本文指出自我肯定需求是决定个人发展的本质需求，也是马斯洛层次需求的本质。采用自我肯定需求学说可以避免需求层次学说中的固有缺陷。
As the core of Maslow＇s humanistic psychology, the theory of Hierarchy of Needs has a great influence on various fields of social sciences, but its dogmatic features limit its analysis on human behaviors. It is pointed out in this paper that the Self-Assertiveness Demands are the determinant needs of personal development and the essence of Maslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs. The Self- Assertiveness Demands theory avoids defects of M aslow＇s Hierarchy of Needs theory .
