摘要
从组织双元性理论的视角出发,运用NK模型构建技术联盟网络演化的动力学模型。仿真回归分析表明:技术联盟网络演化是企业在适应外部复杂技术环境过程中其基于开发和探索行为的组织双元能力与网络自身的共生演化。技术环境的复杂性会抑制企业之间二元联盟关系的形成;企业在开发和探索行为之间的平衡程度会影响网络的闭合、小世界和异质性特征;且上述因素对网络演化的影响还会由于开发行为的具体模式(关系、结构或位置嵌入)差异而呈现不同的模式。研究结论将为企业进一步理解技术联盟网络演化的动力学机制并更好管理技术联盟网络提供一定启示。
From the view of Organizational Ambidexterity Theory,we use NK model to construct an evolutionary dynamic model for technological alliance networks.The simulation and regression analysis show that firms adapt to complex technological environments by balancing exploratory and exploitative activities.As a result,the evolution of technological alliance networks is a co-evolution process of organizational ambidexterity ability and the network itself.The complexity of technological environment has negative impact on dyadic alliance formation.Meanwhile,the level of balance between exploration and exploitation has deeply impact on characteristics of technological alliance network such as network closure,small-world properties and network heterogeneity.Furthermore,the influence of those above factors on network evolution exhibits different patterns due to different modes of exploration(relational,positional or structural embeddedness).The results not only provide deep insight into understanding the inherent evolution mechanism of technological alliance networks,but also a new perspective on better management.
