右美托咪定用于无痛胃镜麻醉临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定在无痛胃镜治疗过程中的应用效果。方法无痛胃镜治疗的患者48例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。观察组患者给予右美托咪定麻醉治疗,对照组患者给予丙泊酚麻醉治疗。结果观察组患者入睡时间(4.1±0.5)min、苏醒时间(6.7±2.3)min以及不良反应的发生率4.2%明显优于对照组的(6.9±1.1)min、(9.6±3.1)min、25.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定在无痛胃镜麻醉的过程中具有显著的效果,值得临床推广。
