冠心病基因多态性的研究进展

摘要 冠心病是一种由环境和遗传因素共同作用所引起的复杂性多基因遗传病,掌握其发病机制,对冠心病的诊疗至关重要。随着单核苷酸多态性研究和全基因组关联研究的迅速发展,人们对冠心病基因学的研究更加深入,并发现了多个候选基因。现对近几年冠心病相关的热点基因多态性研究成果予以综述。 Coronary artery disease(CAD) is a polygenetic disease as a consequence of complex interactions of multiple genetic environmental factors and polymorphisms. It is important to find out the pathogenesis for diagnosis and therapy of CAD. Following the development of SNP and Genome-wide association study, more in-depth study on genetics of coronary artery disease have been conducted, a number of candidate genes were identified. This paper reviews the research progress of coronary artery disease in recent years, in addition to hot-issue gene polymorphisms.
