摘要
分析了现有的矿井语音通信不足,介绍了一种基于CAN总线和凌阳SPCE061A的矿井语音通信系统。并具体论述了系统软硬件以及网络组建方法。实验测试结果表明,该系统的通信距离可达2.6 km,声强为117 dB,语音时延和失真度等指标均满足煤矿语音通信的要求。
In the paper the existing disadvantage of voice communication in coal mine is analyzed and the improved coal mine voice communication system is designed which based on the CAN-Bus and Sunplus SPCE061 A single-chip. Then the system software,hardware as well as the method to network creation are presented in detail. With the hardware communication system,the experimental results show that its communication distance is up to 2. 6 km,the intensity of sound is 117 dB,the degree of speech delay and distortion can meet the request.
