摘要
桔梗试管苗被不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理3周后的研究结果表明:试管苗在盐浓度为300 mmol/L时不能存活;盐浓度在0~50 mmol/L范围内,细胞膜相对透性呈下降趋势,而在50~200 mmol/L时呈上升趋势;分化数随盐浓度的增加在一直减小;当盐浓度为0~50 mmol/L时单株平均鲜重增加,而在50~200 mmol/L时呈下降趋势;盐浓度在0~100 mmol/L时可溶性糖总量不断下降,而在100~200 mmol/L时呈上升势;盐浓度在0~150 mmol/L时可溶性蛋白含量主要呈下降势,而在150~200 mmol/L时呈上升势;盐浓度在20~200 mmol/L时脯氨酸含量呈上升势。
This study by different concentrations of NaCl for stress on the Campanulaceae vitro for 3weeks to study its Campanulaceae vitro differentiation,differentiation,fresh weight and electrical conductivity,soluble sugar content,proline,soluble protein content of osmotic adjustment.The results showed that:Campanulaceae vitro in 300 mmol /L NaCl can not survive.Between the salt concentration in the 0 ~ 50 mmol /L membrane permeability decreased.50 ~ 200 mmol /L upward trend between salt concentration.Evidence obtained by the variance of which a significant difference in the difference amounted to 41.375%;From 150 mmol /L NaCl significantly reduced differentiation rate began.Between the salt concentration in the 0 ~ 50 mmol /L average fresh weight per plant increased,50 ~ 200mmol /L between salt concentration decreased,Salt concentration can be seen 0 ~ 100 mmol /L,the total soluble sugar falling.Between salt concentration from 100 ~ 200 mmol /L goes to rally,and has a very significant(P = 0.001).The soluble protein concentration in 0 ~ 150 mmol /L downward trend.Between salt concentration in 150 ~ 200 mmol /L goes to rally.Proline concentration in 20 ~ 200 mmol /L are between the Department on the rally.
