护理不良事件信息化管理系统的设计与应用

Design and application of information management system of nursing adverse events

目的：探讨设计与应用护理不良事件信息化管理系统对可能发生护理不良事件的高危患者在安全管理效率和护理质量方面的影响。方法研发“护理不良事件信息化管理系统”，在此系统应用7个月后，选择实施前2012年6-12月进行高危风险因素上报和处理的80例患者为对照组，选择实施后2013年1-7月进行高危风险因素上报和处理的80例患者为观察组，对两组患者干预处置时间和漏报率进行比较。结果观察组干预处置时间为（2．45±0．58）h，低于对照组的（3．46±0．54）h，差异有统计学意义（t＝11．40，P＜0．01）；观察组漏报率为5％，低于对照组的25％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝12．55，P＜0．01）。结论护理不良事件信息化管理系统实行以来起到良好的效果，在护理安全管理方面有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of the design and application of information management system of nursing adverse events on the efficiency of safety management and quality of nursing in patients with high risk of nursing adverse events .Methods The information management system of nursing adverse events was researched and developed , and the system was used for 7 months.Eighty patients who had been reported and handled as the high risk of nursing adverse events from June 2012 to December 2012 were chosen as the control group , and 80 patients with high risk from January 2013 to July 2013 after the implementation were chosen as the observation group .The intervention time and rate of missing report were compared between two groups.Results The intervention time was （2.45 ±0.58） h in the observation group, and was lower than （3.46 ±0.54） h in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=11.40,P〈0.01）. The rate of missing report was 5%in the observation group , and was lower than 25%in the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =12.55, P〈0.01 ）.Conclusions The implementation of information management system of nursing adverse events plays good results , and has positive significance in nursing safety management .
