摘要
目的测定人乳铁蛋白转基因羊奶及非转基因羊奶中VB1、VB2及尼克酰胺的含量,考察其在2种羊奶中是否存在显著差异。方法 HPLC法测定泌乳30 d、60 d及90 d采集的2种羊奶中各90个样品的上述3种维生素含量,并进行统计学分析。结果泌乳30 d、60 d及90 d采集转基因羊奶,VB1含量分别为0.151μg/ml、0.102μg/ml、0.068μg/ml,VB2含量分别为1.622μg/ml、0.784μg/ml、1.228μg/ml,尼克酰胺含量分别为23.28μg/ml、8.032μg/ml、5.346μg/ml。结论 60 d及90 d,转基因羊奶与非转基因羊奶的VB1含量存在显著差异,30 d及60 d,2种羊奶的VB2含量存在显著差异。在3个时间段采集的样品中,2种羊奶的尼克酰胺含量均差异具有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。
Objective To investigate the difference of vitamin B1,vitamin B2and nicotinamide contents between human lactoferrin transgenic and non-GMO goat milk.Methods HPLC was used to determine the levels of 3 kinds of vitamins in 90 GMO goat milk samples and non-GMO goat milk samples,which were collected on the 30th,60th and 90th lactating day.All the data were analyzed with statistics.Results For the GMO goat milk samples from the 30th,60th and 90th lactating day,the average values of vitamin B1were 0.151 μg/ml,0.102 μg/ml,0.068 μg/ml respectively,while those of vitamin B2were 1.622 μg/ml,0.784 μg/ml,1.228 μg/ml respectively,those of nicotinamide was 23.286 μg/ml,8.032 μg/ml,5.346 μg/ml.Conclusion For the goat milk samples from the 60th and 90th lactating day,there was significant difference in vitamin B1contents between the two kinds of goat milk.Except for the samples from the 90th lactating day,vitamin B2content had significant difference between the two kinds of goat milk.In the samples from three lactating day,nicotinamide contents from transgenic goat milk was significant higher(P≤0.05).
